We're going to see King David's faithfulness to God's plans and purposes. There's a very important term that we're going to come across, and normally it is translated, The Lord's anointed. Now the Lord's anointed in the most simplest expression has to do with the king, and we know that at this time, even though, in one sense, he's illegitimate, and I'm talking about King Saul, we also know that David is someone who is always faithful. Is he perfect?
