We're going. going to learn tonight about this woman, Avigil, and this is a faithful woman who did not think of herself what she wanted, what she desired, but rather she was a woman who wanted to bless others, and we see that in her relationship with David. Now, when she approaches David, she calls him consistently her Lord. Why does she do that? Because she wants to demonstrate that she is submissive, that she has a faithfulness to God, and recognizes authority.
