We all know the biblical principle, watch out what you sow, because you will reap that which you sow, meaning that there is a consequence to sin and rebellion. And now in this book of Lamentations, we are seeing that Israel primarily Judah, that Southern Kingdom and the holy city of Jerusalem. They are reaping what they have sown and what have they sown, idolatry.
