When God punishes his people, he does so not to destroy them, but to improve them, that they might learn that what they have done, how they have believed, or their incorrect worship of Him, how this has brought about God's displeasure, and therefore God moves against his people, but again, not to destroy them, but to change them, that they might repent and that they might learn truth and Apply that truth to their life so they can enjoy The presence of God, His power, His provision, his perspective and his blessings.
